What happens if a buyer's payment doesn't come through?

If a buyer doesn't complete payment, the order automatically cancels after 2 hours and the item goes back up for sale — you don't need to do anything.

A few things worth knowing:

• If you've already told the buyer you haven't received payment, they get another 2 hours to pay before it cancels.
• If a buyer says they've paid but you haven't responded, the order stays open for 48 hours to give you time to check, with a reminder sent at the 12-hour mark.
• You'll see "Awaiting payment" on the order until it's confirmed or cancelled — check your GCash app to confirm the money actually arrived before tapping "Payment received."

Note that your listing shows as "sold" as soon as an order is placed, even before payment goes through, so it may briefly look unavailable and then reappear if the buyer doesn't pay.
