Terms of use
Dara is a peer-to-peer marketplace for pre-loved fashion in the Philippines. Sellers are responsible for the items they list and for the accuracy of their descriptions, prices and photos. Buyers and sellers agree payment and delivery between themselves. Dara does not own, inspect or take custody of any item listed, and is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.
Community rules
No counterfeit or replica goods, no prohibited or illegal items, and no harassment. Describe items honestly. Anyone can report a listing or seller from its page; our team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Privacy & your data
We process your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We collect only what we need to run your account — your profile, listings, saved items, messages and, if you choose, your location for the “near you” feed.
We use this information solely to operate the marketplace. We do not sell your personal data. If you connect Instagram, we import the photos you choose and store the connection token securely; you can disconnect at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access and correct your data, to object to processing, and to erasure or blocking. You can edit your profile and delete your listings at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us. Concerns you can’t resolve with us may be raised with the National Privacy Commission.
Summary only — not a substitute for full legal terms.
