Can I cancel an order after paying?

No — once you've paid the seller via GCash, Dara can't reverse or cancel that payment, since the money moves directly from your account to theirs.

If the item turns out to be significantly different from what the listing described, or it never arrives, that's covered separately under our Buyer Protection policy, not as a cancellation.
